1:1 Pilates Assessment and Induction: £60

A 1:1 is recommended before commencing classes. If you have any pain, injuries or medical conditions a 1:1 is essential to complete an assessment so that exercises in class may be appropriately modified to your needs. You will receive personalised exercises and an induction to Pilates.

Pilates Classes: £66-£88 per term (6-8 weekly classes at £11 per class)

Classes are matwork based, beginner and mixed ability levels. Under expert physiotherapist guidance you will be started at the appropriate level of each exercise and progressed at your own ability and fitness level in a safe and effective way. Classes are small, welcoming and supportive.

Classes are held at Singleton Village Hall, Hoxton Close, Ashford TN23 5LB.

1:1 Pilates sessions: £60

Following your 1:1 Assessment and Induction you may prefer to participate in 1:1 Pilates sessions that are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Maybe you are recovering from an injury or surgery and would like more individualised rehabilitation, maybe you can't commit to a regular class or don't enjoy group exercise.

All 1:1 sessions are completed in the comfort of your own home.

I reached out to Charlene due to her advising she specialised in working with those with hyper-mobility and physical health issues. I am unable to do any cardio workouts so strength training and muscle toning work to ensure I am still exercising. It has been very beneficial for me, as my joints have strengthened and stabilised throughout our time working together. Charlene always works at your pace, and with your body, making each plan individual to the person. She has been providing me 1-2-1 personal training for almost a year now.
