Charlene is an experienced Physiotherapist who has successfully treated both my husband and myself, with very positive results. She also teaches me Pilates twice a week, and has been a joy to work with, modifying exercises, where necessary, to ensure that her students derived the maximum benefit.

We started Pilates as beginners to improve our core strength and have fun together. Charlene is a patient knowledgeable instructor who helps the class follow her instructions to work targeted muscles. We are both seeing improvements in core strength and flexibility. It’s also really helped Jo as a runner as Pilates is recommended to support training. We both thoroughly recommend this class and Charlene as an instructor.

I reached out to Charlene due to her advising she specialised in working with those with hyper-mobility and physical health issues. I am unable to do any cardio workouts so strength training and muscle toning work to ensure I am still exercising. It has been very beneficial for me, as my joints have strengthened and stabilised throughout our time working together. Charlene always works at your pace, and with your body, making each plan individual to the person. She has been providing me 1-2-1 personal training for almost a year now. She is very friendly and helpful and knows her stuff! I would highly recommend her whether you are new to pilates based workouts or an expert.
