Pilates Classes: £66-£88 per term (6-8 weekly classes at £11 per 1 hour class)

Classes are matwork based and are suitable for beginners and mixed ability levels. Many of the Pilates exercises have between 3 and 5 levels and under Physiotherapist guidance you will be started at the appropriate level of exercise and progressed at your own ability and fitness level in a safe and effective way.

Classes are small with a maximum of 10 participants to ensure everyone receives focused attention and individual feedback. We all learn differently so a combination of demonstration, tactile (hands-on) queuing, verbal queuing and visual imagery are used during classes to help you to perform the exercises effectively and to the best of your ability. We also use a range of small equipment such as resistance bands, balls, magic circles and balance pads to help with muscle activation, to challenge our bodies in different ways and to add fun and variety to the classes.

Classes are held at Singleton Village Hall, Hoxton Close, Ashford. TN23 5LB. All classes are pre-bookable and pre-paid in termly blocks and run in line with school terms so vary between 6 and 8 weeks in duration. There are breaks between blocks of 1-2 weeks dependent on the length of each school holiday. I also run additional classes over the longer summer holidays for those that wish to attend.

Classes will continue to be added based on demand so please do get in touch even if you can't see a class in the current schedule that suits your availability.

If you have no pain, injuries or medical conditions and would like to start attending classes without having a 1:1 Assessment and Induction, please don't hesitate to call me to discuss this or complete the contact form and I will be in touch as soon as possible.

There are a few conditions for which a general class may be unsuitable, such as, pregnancy during the 2nd and 3rd trimester. This will be discussed with you prior to your initial 1:1 appointment and further 1:1 sessions will be offered instead of classes.
